Card number is invalid. Please try again.
How do I refill my prepaid number when my credit cards won’t work. I only get “ Card number is invalid. Please try again. “. I already tried 2 Visa cards and tried Edge, Firefox and Chrome browsers but they don’t work.
I don’t want to use IVR or cash because the customer support will charge me $5. Buying a refill card is also too much because the minimum is $40 but I only need $15.

I found the solution. T-mobile only accepts US credit cards. That sucks for us tourists who buy prepaid sim cards.
They will take cards from other countries. I have never had an issue using a Canadian Visa card. Barclay's from the UK and EU is another one that works.
My Malaysian cards aren’t accepted. Look at the list of countries and it isn’t there. In fact, T-mobile’s list of countries are limited. A lot of countries are missing. Is T-mobile refusing service to other countries?
T-Mobile prepaid is meant for use within the US with very limited roaming.

You didn’t get my point obviously. How would tourists refill their T-mobile prepaid sims if they can’t use their credit cards? Naturally, they don’t have US credit cards.

You can always use your card at a T-Mobile store to add funds, buy a prepaid card from any of the many retailers across the US, buy a prepaid Visa or MasterCard, buy a digital prepaid card from azon, are just a few of the options. Just because the online system won't accept your card, doesn't mean in-store payment systems won't. The in-store versus online stats are very different.
