In November 2022 I answered the add for free upgrade on us per T Mobile commercial. Upgraded 2 lines with a new phone. I asked the representative to make sure that in fact the upgrade per commercial was true and was assured it was . 3 billing cycles and I’m being charged for the upgrade. Called 2 times and was again told it was free , just a glitch. 3rd phone call to customer service and now they say it was not free but a $600 discount which means approximately $400 dollars per phone.Tmobile should be sued for false advertising. They are still running the add promotion for free upgrade on us. I’m researching for a new provider.
