I would like to leave a positive review of an employee for an in-store transaction, where is the best place to do this?
I recently helped my parents transfer their accounts to T-mobile we had the most helpful employee. I would like for her to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. Where can I leave a review?
T-Mobile blocking websites?
I've been unable to access my Comcast e-mail for the last few days when I'm on the T-Mobile 5g network. I keep getting a message that there is a log in error due to a temporarily blacklisted IP address. I have no problem accessing my email when I'm on my home wi-fi or any other wi-fi network, for that matter. Xfinity said it wasn't their problem because it works while on wi-fi. T-Mobile customer service was very nice, but couldn't help me. Any suggestions?
T-Mobile has cancelled my promo EIP
So it started with I changed my phone plan on 11/21. After that I upgraded my phones on 11/29. On January 29th they ended my Promo EIP which is 800 dollars spread over 2 years. My plan went up 32 dollars per month. I talked to T-Mobile and they said their is nothing they will do, not can do. They basically have committed Fraud by taking my phones without paying for them, nor will they return them. I have filed a complaint with FCC and my state attorney. Their will be a class action lawsuit if TMobile will not return my phones or give me my 800 dollars EIP either or. Please everyone talk to FCC and file complaints. This illegal actions needs to be brought forth and criminal charges filed.
Auto-connect internet to phone
I was just checking to see if there is any progress on this? There was a post about this two years ago with no actual fix . . . just a workaround. I’ve reset/restarted everything and don’t want to get a wifi booster just to create a workaround. I called customer service about a year ago and they said it was Apple’s fault (it’s not) and that they’d get back to me (they never did). They said “that’s new” but it obviously wasn’t, based on this forum. 😉 It would be really nice if my phone (currently iPhone 16/iOS 18.5) could just auto-connect without sacrificing privacy like it used to with my previous internet service. It still auto-connects everywhere else and has through two upgrades, so I’m pretty sure it isn’t the phone. 🤞🏼hoping for an actual solution after two years?
5G Gateways - New VPN Issues with G4SE and G4AR
Corporate VPNs are now being impacted by the G4AR and G4SE models, of which were once known as formerly compatible models with the VPN. My understanding is the MTU size on other models, such as the Sagecom FAST 5688W, were not compatible with corporate VPNs due to their lower MTU size. The G4SE was always hit or miss, but the G4AR had a track record of 100% success. As of mid-May 2025, we have multiple reports that neither is working for multiple people. Our corporate VPN MTU size remains unchanged. Was there a recent update? I assume there was a firmware update for the G4AR that decreased the MTU size.
