Wrong State Taxes

That’s really odd. The only I can thing of is to check your detailed bill and see if your address is showing the correctly. I’d have Care update it on our internal systems on our side if it’s not. If everything looks good, they may be able to escalate a Help Desk ticket for you, but that’s the only other option I can think of to have this looked at further.
