My account was deleted, while im deployed in the middle east, for seemingly no reason.I cannot make phone calls.I cannot show up to a store with my ID to make a new account. For some reason T mobile does not have a support email. How do i fix this? Or has T-mobile decided to cut my cell service with no way to fix it for absolutely no reason?35Views0likes0CommentsSomeone has hacked my phone and is sending unidentified information almost daily to several unknown numbers without my premission. What can I do to stop this immediately?
I noticed on my account activity log from online invoices show that someone (with use of a handful of numbers) have been sending pictures, send & receive text messages, making and receiving calls, using up data on almost a daily basis since activating my TMobile mobile account, March 2023. It shows activity coming & going from my phone (without my knowledge). I'm not getting notifications, etc. aside from what I ran across online last night that has been posted to my billing invoice activity log sheet. My phone, a Moto G Stylus I got new with new service has been a bit glichy & buggy but I didn't realize it was hacked from the moment I turned it on. How can I block this from continuing to happen? What exactly are they extracting from my phone and why isnt it showing up on my real-time logs? I get some notifications when legit calls & messages come in (at least I think I do) but to see you exchanged 338 text messages with mostly unfamiliar numbers over a 9 day period is just mind blowing. I know for a fact, I haven't sent a total of 338 text messages collectively in the past 5 years let alone 9 days. Yes I said 5 years. I'm pretty much try to limit my use of the internet for personal use the best I can for fear of this same scenario happening to me now. I really need to know: 1) how to make this activity stop ASAP; 2) find out who is doing this; 3) determine what exactly was sent out from my phone; 4) find out why I'm not getting notified of all activity on my phone & 5) how to keep this from happening again either on this very account or potential others? So now that I'm aware but don't want my novice knowledge to make matters worse or allow this activity to continue, for the remainder of my contract, just because I don't know what to do from here. Can someone in the know, please give me some guidance? I would really appreciate it. Is there someone I should be in contact with via TMobile or within my local law enforcement office? Is there an app I can download to check my phone for unwanted presences? An app to wash my Android phone clean and keep it clean? Thank you for your time & attention to this very scary but real situation. Suzanne You can reply to me here or via text message since my phone has already been compromised. I moved several months ago, and updated my billing address. However, I didn’t know I also needed to update my usage address until I stumbled on the setting today. I updated it in the system, but the change is not being reflected. Does it take awhile for the update to show up? Is there something else I need to do?1.2KViews1like4CommentsProtection 360 SCAM!!!
I’mso utterly annoyed, my blood is boiling, I pay for this protection 360 junk, to be on chat with them Assurant and T-Mobilefor a couple hours while I’m working, for them to say Ihave apple extended warranty, and I HAVE to go through apple, WHAT!?!? WHY!?!? I DO NOT PAY APPLE FOR INSURANCE!!! I already knew what apple was going to do, of course charge me for the repair, and they sure did, $100 to fix a damaged screen??? So livid, I’vealready escalated this matter with T-Mobile, I will give them one chanceto make this right, if I do not get reimbursed for my $100 I will take all 5 of my lines and go straight to their competitors. This is unacceptable and I won’t let it stand.60Views0likes0CommentsWelcome Sprint Community!

Hi! This year, together with my family, we celebrate twenty years as very pleased (at least until now) T-Mobile customers. My current phone device - which is still in perfect working order - is a Cat S61 (https://www.gsmarena.com/cat_s61-9076.php). However, it's six year old and only 4G. Very unfortunately, its maker (Bullitt Group) went defunct this past January, leaving it without any future worthy successors. The primary worthy successors I found are those offered by Ulefone. From them I just obtained the Armor 27T Pro (https://www.ulefone.com/products/armor-27t-pro, https://www.ulefone.com/a/pf_preview?id=5bb53063-6db2-4df0-a6c4-a3d09cb1f25d) which I received a bit over a week ago and it (using WiFi and a USB C-C cable) with its Android 14 OS loaded itself with all the apps from the Android 9 Cat S61 that are applicable to its Android 14. I haven't yet placed a SIM on the Armor 27T - that's the subject of this conversation. I'd like to keep my present Cat S61 with its present 4G SIM whilst would also like to obtain a new 5G-SA SIM for my new 27T also to be associated with my current phone number. Please, please don't for a moment think that this is a foolish request to have two devices simultaneously operating under the same telephone number!!! Rather, it's a request to be able to use - one device at the time - one or the other. If one device is active on the T-Mobile network, I shall shut it down first as to allow it to orderly de-register from the network, then wait a few minutes, and turn-on the other device. I simply want to use one device or the other without swapping SIMs - which can lead to breakage of their respective SIM holders and is a time consuming task. I've attempted yesterday at the Town Center Boca Raton, FL T-Mobile’s "Experience Center" to accomplish such maneuver but the very kind, charming, and otherwise knowledgeable young lady that attended me indicated they don't have the technical expertise to do so and thus wasn't provided with a new SIM. Thus I come to you to plead for help. Please kindly indicate me what shall I do to accomplish this! Thanks so very much!417Views0likes10CommentsRefill your T-Mobile account not possible
Hello, I get a message every month telling me to top up my account. I only used this number for my vacation in the USA and no longer need it. The problem is that I can no longer log in to my T-Mobile account because I don't have access to the number. I would like to delete the number and the account so that I no longer receive the message by e-mail. Thank youSolved99Views0likes3Comments
