Where is customer service?
Just answer the phone, people. also, find someone to develop your website and email, whoever is doing now is really bad. I just received an email to “refill” and account without giving me the account number, really, idiots running wild. JUST ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!
Is it a prepaid plan? If so your account number is your phone number.
