Website purchase
The website keeps crashing while you attempt to purchase phones and accessories. Contacted customer care and they was not even aware of the issue. This has happened for 2 days now. Missing alot of online sales tmobile!!!!!
I've been upgrading through Best Buy and no support charges.
why would telesales know about online issues?
anywho..try contacting them through one of their social media platforms..higher starting tier support compared to the call in agents.
