Price Lock? more like False information.
Hello everyone, I'm Writing this information for the following. Today I'm deliberating on whether I quit from this company and move to another provider such as AT&T or Verizon. Since October of last year i was getting information from T-Mobile experts' representative and sales agents. of adding a new line from another provider to my account. I used to pay $70 on a monthly basis with autopay, and by adding the new line, I was going to get a 3rd line for free and a new phone for $120.00 on autopay on a monthly basis, but a month after I received a new bill of $150.00 and I was on the phone with a representative, and they explained that they committed a mistake and will fix the amount to the original $120. I said fine. but now I'm may I received another bill for $150. and when I spoke to an associate by phone, they said that this is the amount that I'm supposed to be paying since I'm on a 5go or something. I explained to them that I was never on that plan that mine was the magenta max, but they keep on insisting that I was on 5go. while putting all for me to keep this price and not allowing me to speak to a higher up to solve this issue. I have spoken with 11 representatives since October 5 by phone and 6 physically on different stores, and they all confirmed that $120 for 2 lines + a 3rd line free with a $800 dollar credit for a Samsung was correct from, October 2024 to March 2025. but now after I accepted the offer in March 2025 they are saying otherwise. Clearly Showing unprofessionalism and false advertising. I really need a solution to this issue asap otherwise I'm leaving this company.10Views0likes0Comments
