Upgrade Galaxy Samsung.com site

If I upgrade my phone using the Samsung site, I'd get more discounts and pay $32 a month vs. $35 a month when using the T-Mobile site.

In both, I'd still use the T-Mobile account.

However, at the end of the process on Samsung.com, it tries to connect to T-Mobile to continue the activation. Then, there is an error message saying that I am trying to connect to an account not supported by samsung.com.

Anybody else having this problem?

    There are known issues on the Samsung side.  There is a massive thread about it as well.  I gave over a week ago trying to order through Samsung and ordered directly through T-Mobile.  I have had my s23 Ultra now since the weekend.  Yeah, it cost me slightly more and I didn’t get any free accessories but having the device a week before it launches is also nice.

  • I have not tried to upgrade using Best Buy.

    I guess I'd have to go to a store, right?

    I don't see an option to upgrade on their site.

    Have you tried upgrading through Best Buy? I got the last 2 Pixel's I bought from them and they were cheaper than Tmobile and Google.
