Two hour wait for customer support - then a hang up
I need to be able to receive verification text codes. I have called customer support twice now with a 2 + hour wait. I even decided to wait the two hours and the system disconnected me and would not ...
many have been given the 2 hour wait deal but were called back in less than a half hour..so you might get lucky..other way you can go is contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..second tier support.
