Transition from Sprint
Now that our family has been transitioned to T-Mobil from Sprint, how do I get a global, dashboard view of all our 5 lines, services, etc. As the primary owner, I want to see my family dashboard?

It can take time for that information to become available after transferring over to T-Mobile from Sprint. Did you register your line first with T-Mobile? If not, the PAH might not be set to the correct user.

I set up a my user account and there is only one line shown, not the 5 lines I pay for. A dashboard allows you to manage lines, purchases, subscription features, add lines and options. I am the primary owner for a family plan and no information is available.

Not too sure what a family dashboard is, but you can take a look at your account and services by logging in to your my.t-mobile.com account.
