Tmobile did not value long term cutomers
Tmobile doesn’t let apply promotion to replacement line. 1 of our family plan user left but I got them 2 more people. They suggested that I could leave tmobile if this doesn’t work for me even when I am with them for 5 years. No value for their long term customers.
This has been beaten with a horse more times to count. You can spend the same amount of time at other carriers let alone cable companies you’d on the same boat. The person who got that shiny deal today won’t get one again unless they leave for a few months to years to comeback. You’d switch to Verizon often PAY MORE, and when you ready for the nice “new customer upgrade” you’d be there and you even paid extra to get shut down.
I tell everyone this. Pay for the service and don’t take the deals. If the device still works DON’T bother until you actually need one. Buy your devices unlocked and outright.
