T-Mobile un happy customer

I’ve been with sprint for 24 yrs, then T-mobile took over. I received a text from T-mobile on April 28,2023. This is what it said in a text. Sprint is now T-mobile your up coming bills will have an updated look,but your Rate Plan,Price and Tenure have not changed, if you’re Auto pay, your payment will be processed as usual. T-mobile is now charging an increase of 5.00$ per line.I’ve called a couple of times about this issue. They told me that any grandfather plan and price is no longer available and the only way to have the discount on the 5:00 dollar per line in which I have a total of 7 people on my account which it comes to 35 dollars is to have auto pay to get the discount of 35 dollar in tune I said no  and there should not be any charges or increase. My question is why are they are not complying with my plan and price as it’s stated.im hoping that this will be taken care of if on then I will file with the FCC and theBBB Attorney General office.

    They took the autopay credit away unless you pay with a debit card or linked bank account .  Autopay is not part of the plan cost.

    BTW , I was on Sprint for 31 days and worst experience ever with a phone company . Dragged me along past the remorse period so when I canceled I had to an early termination fee. 

    Everyone has a  different experience.
