Switching an account due to spouse's death
As Power of Attorney for both my parents, I’m wondering what the best way is to get my mom control over the tmobile account that had my late Father and Mother on it?
My mother has a cellphone, but all the contact info online has my deceased father’s information?
She can keep the line but would need to start a new account.
