switch account to employee account

so i just paid off my old employee account, and i had to start a new individual account, but i need to switch this one to my employee discount, do i have to email the department again or is there a faster way??

    I’m in with care right now and they are saying they can’t help me

    Were you able to try the suggestions above? There's different processes depending on your exact situation, but Care should be able to guide you to the right set of steps.
