Sprint "Updates"

Hello,

Does anyone know how long these "updates" are going to last? It says I am being updated to T-Mobile billing. This is preventing me from doing literally anything. I went to upgrade and they can't access my account in the store.

I went on the website and I can't upgrade as it says I am being "updated" and gives a number to call.

I call the number and what fo you know, they say I am being updated and I can't upgrade, change plans, change features or even cancel, they literally can't do anything and this has been going on for DAYS.

Sprint customers continue to get royally screwed to the point you can't even cancel your account if you wanted to smh.
