Refund Request
On July 1st I put $100 on this prepaid phone - 727-254-****. By mistake I put an additional $50 on this phone. I contacted T-Mobile and they said I would receive a refund. I received an email saying refund request #7002015005 would be reviewed within 2 business days. I have not received any further communication and have not received refund. Why.
so did you call back in and inquire about the above request number?
from my understanding on pre paid there isnt a refund..once its added to thats it.
and for obvious reasons try to avoid posting personal info..including such things as addresses...full names...and phone numbers..
the site is fully public..so everyone and their mom now have your number.
