First Responder Eligibily

 I had the same thing happen to me. It is ridiculous that a nurse does not qualify for the discount when we were guaranteed the discount at the time of sign up. I would have never switched phone providers had I known they were going to pull the rug out and let me hit face first.  If T-Mobile wants to keep their nursing customers, I suggest they change the policy immediately. I’m already looking to switch.
