Cannot log into both Tmobile website and app
I put in username and password. It went to next page asking for phone number to link account. Put in my phone number, clicked Next and nothing happens.

I used Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. There are others that said having same issue. I think T-Mobile doesn’t work with none Tmobile number for verification.
