Bait and Switch on the free earbuds.

I have been a T-Mobil customer with several lines for over 15 years. When I recently purchased a 13, I asked for the highly advertised free earbuds. I was told I did not qualify. The advertisement says old and new customers get the free earbuds. But they don't tell the small print. It is a bate and switch. Shame on T-Mobile. I was a loyal customer.
