Prepaid Payment. Invalid Zipcode
Hi, I am trying to pay my account for prepaid. I input all the information and when i get to the zipcode section, the webpage tells me the zipcode I enter is “invalid”. I am paying with a foriegn...
Have you tried using the ZIP for the address you used when you signed up for your prepaid service? As an alternative, have your credit card company add a US address as a secondary address on your credit card and use that address for making a payment with T-Mobile.
