how do i change the phone # on my account, the rep at a branch gave me a random # to uses that i cant remember, when i need customer service
I understand. Try contacting them thru their Facebook or twitter accounts.
He didn’t change it , he assigned it to my account, and i have no idea why. i was trying to get my gateway replaced and he said here use this phone number when i call tech support. now i am attempting to change it to the number i want on my profile but no luck doing that...tks for responding
Well, if you think about it, you have answered your own question. You say a store rep changed it for you. There by answering your own question. If you need to find out what the number is just call a friend or family member and ask what number shows.
