Paying for Already Purchased Phone
I purchased an iPhone 14 from Apple. I own the phone outright. It is mine. I paid in full when I bought the phone from Apple. Why is T-Mobile charging me $36/month for MY PHONE that I OWN. This is not a charge for a data plan or an add-on. T-Mobile is charging me for a phone I COMPLETLY OWN. How do I get a refund for all of the money they have taken from me without going through the kabuki dance they use to make you give up?

Also get the receipt from Apple to make sure it was set up correctly.

contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..this lands you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support agents.
