opting out of new rate plan
Would we get penalized if we tried to contact Tmobile on the 16th to opt out but their system is crashing?
ok thanks AMIGOS! I have had missed emails, they said they sent a notice at one time, but i did not receive. So my fear that all my calls to 611/Cust care were all cut off, holding fro 25 min. then dropped. also chatted, and virtual assistant disappeared. its Oct. 17 tomorrow and as a Magenta senior every bit of $ is precious. pLEASE ADVISE? aLOHA
Tmobile hasn't started the migration yet. They will send out a text or sms letting you know if your plan will be migrated.
The migration doesn't go into effect till your next billing cycle so you have plenty of time to opt out.
I would like to opt-out of the forced Tmobile migration plans. I would like to keep the plan that I have
