opting out new rate plan
I read you can opt out new rates and keep your current plan. Said it can be done on webpage.
Anybody know where its at..i have looked and dont see it
Everything I've read is once you get an email or text letting you know that your rate will be changed. It's supposed to start on October 17th and once notified you need to contact T-Mobile support by phone, instant messenger from your Mytmobile account or using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts.
I want to opt out of the new rate plan . What do I need to do?

I’ve never received an email but I'm calling to opt out. I haven’t heard any news from them on this matte and there’s nothing on the website to guide you to be able to opt out at all.
Don't call till you get the message since people are crashing their phone lines and someone posted they maybe delaying it.

This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that doesn't have account access so you will need to contact support by calling or using messenger in one if Tmobile’s social media accounts.
