opting out of new rate plan
Would we get penalized if we tried to contact Tmobile on the 16th to opt out but their system is crashing?
Tmobile hasn't started the migration yet. They will send out a text or sms letting you know if your plan will be migrated.
The migration doesn't go into effect till your next billing cycle so you have plenty of time to opt out.
