opting out new rate plan
I read you can opt out new rates and keep your current plan. Said it can be done on webpage. Anybody know where its at..i have looked and dont see it
Everything I've read is once you get an email or text letting you know that your rate will be changed. It's supposed to start on October 17th and once notified you need to contact T-Mobile support by phone, instant messenger from your Mytmobile account or using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts.
