New Sign Up And Phone is Mangled - How Do I Chat With Support?

I can't walk up to a pay phone and call... I ported over to T-Mobile last night and Xfinity probably hasn't released my number - and I'm mangled in a halfway state. Can't call, can't text. How can I chat with support to get this resolved? I saw the previous link saying that a window would pop up if it was available... but it doesn't work.

  • Do you have access to the keypad? Have tried to get customer care by dialing 611? It works even if you don't have service, sometimes.
