New Sign Up And Phone is Mangled - How Do I Chat With Support?
I can't walk up to a pay phone and call... I ported over to T-Mobile last night and Xfinity probably hasn't released my number - and I'm mangled in a halfway state. Can't call, can't text. How can I chat with support to get this resolved? I saw the previous link saying that a window would pop up if it was available... but it doesn't work.
Do you have access to the keypad? Have tried to get customer care by dialing 611? It works even if you don't have service, sometimes.
