my husband is the veteran
my husband is the Vet but account is in my name can we still get the military discount?

You're going to have to do a COR and have your husband as the PAH.
i dont believe so..almost positive the account must have him as the primary account holder..you might have to contact TMO either through calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms (tier 2 support) like Facebook or Twitter and ask them. if the account isnt set up correctly they will be able to answer what needs to be done and handle it from there.
