Punishing Veterans and First Responders
Take a look at the upgrade options.
Military, First Responders, and Veterans get a LOWER trade in value. On the Plus plan "Free every two years"... Not one rep has been able to explain it.
Beautiful lip service for veterans.
Visible, via Verizon, has horrible support...but you can't beat $25/line unlimited.
All the recent changes in their plans I went from $22/line to $40...as a veteran. I can pay for Netflix myself.
For the 50 plus crowd at 4 lines Consumer Cellular is sub $25/line if you're an AARP member...but they use ATT.
It's because you have a discounted plan.
🤦Nothing says "I don't understand the problem" more than stating the obvious but ignoring the actual issue.
Saying you support Military, Veterans, and First Responders by providing them a discount on their monthly service only to charge them more for everything else is hypocritical and virtue signaling.
You see them advertising their support, but not the penalties associated with the discount.
