Discounts for Military & Veterans

Today we celebrate and honor all military veterans that have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. We are proud to support Veterans and their families with our recruiting programs, employee networks and the T-Mobile Magenta Military rate plan.

During congestion, the small fraction of customers using >50GB/mo. may notice reduced speeds until next bill cycle due to data prioritization. Video typically streams on smartphone/tablet at 480p. On-device usage is prioritized over tethering usage, which may result in higher speeds for data used on device. Qual’g service & capable device req’d.  5G coverage not available in some areas; capable device required. While 5G access won't require a certain plan or feature, some uses/services might. 5G uplink not yet available.   • I’m gonna start this one off by showing my support for SSG Richard. He was a 24 year army veteran who’s also my stepdad. He traveled all over including Germany which he told me so many interesting stories about. I’m so glad I got to know you for 13 years. You’ve been a huge support system for me and my family.     How do I initiate them so im not having to pay $80/month?

    I am a disabled veteran with %50 disabled veteran rating ...I need a better price for service

    those are the new Military plans. if you scroll all the way to the bottom there are questions/answers there on how it must be handled etc.

    I got an internet router for my home from y’all. It didn’t work for some reason and it was sent in and a replacement was sent out. When you received the router no one shut off the line and I was charged for 2 years. As a disabled Veteran who was here for the great service to military and veterans I was astonished when I saw this happening. I asked for a refund and was told of the 26 months 2 would be refunded. When the new router came

    i spoke with customer service to get it activated. At that point you failed to inform me of the problem. When other customer care representatives called and asked if there was anything else they could do to help me with the account they never responded to me that I had been charged for the two lines for months. So each time they viewed my account saw a different account for my

    internet with no connection and no access but they continued to charge me 55 dollars month for over 2 years. As money got tight I was looking to the bill to see where I could get it reduced to pay less monthly and saw this was the issues with the bill that I was being over charged for 2 YEARS. Do I need to seek help from military legal services or the ATTORNEY GENERAL to help with get the money back? My plate was empty so many times so my baby wouldn’t be hungry or not have enough. I struggled with my mental health and had no motivation to get out of bed at times. 2 months is what I get when you start to fix this!?!? My month bill should be gone for 2 years.

    T-Mobile doesn’t care about the military. Just what money they can get out of them.  Dont let them fool you.
