Major issue - cannot get a hold of customer service!!!
As I type this I have three phones holding for a rep and have been on hold a half hour. The only way I get someone on the phone is to select new accounts/new activation, but then they cannot help me....
then your options are chat if its available or calling in..or going into a physical brick and mortar store and canceling.
