How do I remove a line from my plan?

If you need to remove a line from your account, you'll want to Community-2153 and speak with our Customer Care team. They'll have access to your account and can make the changes needed to take that line off of your plan.
This is horrible service from T-Mobile. You have to jump through hoops to remove a line. I’m out of the country and should be able to complete this request either from logging into my account to manage like I manage everything else on my account. Or they should get with the times and have an online chat system and not have to install yet another app on my phone.
