Horrible Customer Service
I am highly disappointed with T-Mobile. I have been a customer for YEARS. I have never been late on my payment or even asked for a payment extension. My payments are due on the 1st of the month. My bill is $567.22 a month for 6 Lines plus 5 wearables. I paid $280.00 of my bill last night and requested a payment arrangement for 1 day. To May 2nd because our pay is delayed a few days. System immediately approved my arrangement. I was set. Nope I was so not set. I am sitting at my desk and I get a notification from my bank. They disregarded the payment arrangement and charged me the remailing $287.22. Causing my account to be overdrawn and a overdraft fee. I immediately got on the chat with a rep. For over two hours I went back and forth with them only to be even more frustrated. Long story short, they don't care that they charged me anyway. Telling me that its my fault that I didn't know that they process payment two day earlier. IF MY PAYEMNT IS DUE ON MAY 1ST why is it my fault that you take it two days early. Guess its my fault that I normally pay my bill before it due and have never had to deal with the automatic payment coming out. I then get a survey asking how they did, so I honestly answered. They called me to discuss my answers. Only to again scold me for not knowing that they take payments two day early to insure that the payment is on time. IN WHAT WORLD DOES IT TAKE TWO DAYS TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT? I am so over this company. I am looking in to switching to Xfinity. From what I can see they are way cheaper than T-Mobile. Funny thing is they rep doesn't even care that I am considering leaving their company. Great customer service. I think they have gotten too big for their britches.18Views0likes0Comments
