Gargabe TMoblie website wont ever load my account pages

Try to change my plan or edit it at all and get a loading page forever. If I want to add new phones it works fine. I just want to cancel this garbage service and switch to a cheap plan and not play $120 a month to never have any bars on a phone that lags.
