Fraudulent Customer Service

I have proof of signing up for Auto Pay when I signed up for T Mobile Internet service online but they suspended my service due to non payment, then when I called customer service they apologized and claimed they reversed the charges, repeating over and over, on my request, “I guarantee there will be no additional charges, yet on my very next bill there is a late fee and some $10 fee for just calling them!!!  What kind of fraudulent company is this?  Again, I HAVE PROOF IF SIGNING UP FOR AUTO PAY WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE!!! (I took screenshots of the entire transaction). Again, the overseas representative repeated “I guarantee, I guarantee” over and over because I didn’t believe him, and sure enough I was right.  This was done intentionally and fraudulently, and I intend to file a class action lawsuit on behalf of t mobile customers for having to pay a completely undisclosed $10 fee for simply calling customer support.  Totally disgusting, totally fraudulent.

T Mobile should be ashamed of their customer service policies, I wish I had never gotten involved with this company.  I was going to switch my families 3 lines of cell phone service over to T Mobile before this happened, but there is no way in hell I’ll do anymore business with this disgusting company.
