Expiration date bug for Legacy Pay As You Go?
You didn't say how much you had before but if there's only 1 cent in it now you might want to add another $10 while you try to get things worked out. If you had more than 1 cent that's now gone and customer support isn't helping to get it back you can file a complaint with the FCC which is what helped me and others I've heard from. Some have had luck going through the BBB. What CS tells customers seems to depend on which rep you get, no consistency at all which is ridiculous.
I went to my account here and found out they're going to restore the remaining balance tonight. And i was communicating with tmobile support on x/twitter earlier today and he was able to restored it sooner. It supposed to expire this year in august.I'm not sure if i have to pay every month which i don't want to do. Very confusing.

I don't have Facebook or X so didn't have those to go through otherwise would have tried them first. You're right, it's still confusing. I'll just keep checking #225# periodically to see if the expiration date has changed.

The way he explained It looks like i don't have to pay every month or every 3 months.Just as long i have a balance the service is good until august.I told them that other customers had the same issues. It's probably some technical mistake.I almost gave up.Then i got this surprised text last night that they will reactive and restore the balance tonight.I communicated this afternoon directly i think from washington state instead of out the country service.May be you know someone with twitter or x to help you out. It's very easy.Good luck.
