DOWNLOADING A MONTHLY BILL

I am not sure if a business account makes a difference but it shouldn't.  I jist went into my personal account and downloaded our last three bills without issue using Edge.  Are your browsers fully up ro date?  Have you checked the downloads folder for your browser to make sure it isn't automatically putting them.in that folder?

so i went on to get a summary bill mailed to me and it says we cant process that right now.😕

i feel like they are messing with me 🤔

i went on google chrome, microsoft edge.  its a business account and i wonder if that makes a difference.

Not to question the competence of your IP people but it sounds like your browser is blocking the download. I say that as someone who has worked in corporate networking.  It is more than likely due to a browser setting or ad blocker.  I have no issues downloading my bill that I paid a few days ago.

Are you downloading it on a phone or computer? You may need to download Adobe Acrobat to open the bill.

You can download your bills, once available in your my.t-mobile.com account. 

Is your browser blocking the download, @intercon1?  

i can NEVER print my bill either.  when i try to download it, it just spins forever.  How can i can a copy of my bill!!!  I am paying it!!!
