DOWNLOADING A MONTHLY BILL
why cant i just download my monthly bill. They always say 12 hours and i never get notification on this! I really do not like this website, its always a pain to get into for a business

Not sure what to do, its very hard getting through to them. I already asked that they send me the invoice and they never sent it
Not to question the competence of your IP people but it sounds like your browser is blocking the download. I say that as someone who has worked in corporate networking. It is more than likely due to a browser setting or ad blocker. I have no issues downloading my bill that I paid a few days ago.
