No one here has access to your account and so, can’t answer account specific questions. Generally, when T-Mobile says a phone is “free” it means that after 24 months the net cost is zero (less sales tax), not that the phone has no cost. The objective is to get you to stay with T-Mobile for two years in exchange for a phone.
