Device sent by mistake
I cancelled the device the day after I ordered it, 4/28/23. I received it 5/4/23 and returned it 5/5/23.

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support by phone or messenger using social media.
