changing plan- when it gets effective?
I want to change my plan from Magenta to Magenta Max as we travelling abroad and would like to take advantage of 5GB data. Few questions.. (1) if I do the change in plan online.. does it get effecti...
It changes on the next cycle. So if you plan ends on the 13th it would take affect on the 14th for example. Same going the other way. Yes and no on number 2. If the Magenta plan is one of the older magenta plans and it’s not offered you can’t switch back to it. You will have to switch to the newest Magenta plan. If it’s the newest one then you can switch back to it.
