Is it normal that if you switch to T Mobile from another provider, and want to bring your previous phone number that initially the account gives you a totally different number? Just switched from...
It’s not abnormal. Sometimes it can be completed in an hour. Sometimes it’s 3 days. Occasionally it gets really complicated and can’t be done. One thing is that the voice line and text are actually two different things and may complete at different times.
