Can't access anything.

My iphone got destroyed, it wont turn on at all. I still have my account information to login , but of course logging in from an unrecongized device it’s gonna send a code to my mobile device. unourtnatley I am not able to get to that device , as stated why before. The next step is to answer 3 security questions , which i seem to not be able to get pass. What should I do next?
