can i get a professional supervisor to help me please

For the last four months i have called and talked to countless rep.s from t-mobile i have been ripped off sense the beginning of 2022 by the sales person at t-mobile location in my city sense the sales person decided that he would at his own will put me on a plan that i never authorized or discussed with him about i have had nothing but headache's sense then and it has financially cost me ridiculously as my account would show that i never had a problem paying my bill last year until January 2022 after dealing with that sales person thats just the beginningining  in February this year my phone was stolen which was a free phone i got with my original purchase i also had insurance for it long story short the phone sucked i did not want the same phone again i got another one and t-mobile sent me a new sim card to activate my service again it did not work fir reasons unknown so they sent me another sim card it also was not giving me service the time frame of all this was three months of me not using my service i got another phone and used the sim card in it and it worked when my phone was stolen i was told by a sales rep. To put my account on lock so no one can get into my account and get info i asked the rep.if all of my account info would still be there when i get a new phone he said yes just let us know and we will transfer what ever info that phone number had to the new phone that was not the case here because i dont have the messages or phone calls or apps that i had downloaded on my phone with that phone number on july first 2022 i asked the representative julia from 611 if i could speak with a supervisor which she said was busy at the moment so she tried to help with my request only to explain to me the same thing that the rep.jessica from 611 had explained to do to meet my request which got nowhere on helping me i asked julia to please let me speak to a supervisor or manager or even the president or the company it seemed that she did not understand my request to simply get a statement of messages i had made in november and december of 2021 with the phone# +1 ***-***-**** this is some evidence that is very important to a civil case that is taking place instead of having to get a subpoena from the court to get the statement i thought it would be a simple request so i just contacted 611talked to rep.s and i was told that a supervisor would send me an email of those texts which i have not received any email or contact from t-mobile supervisor at all i have paid all of my bills even though i was ripped off i payed my bill even though i have not been able to use my phone service for the last three months yet all im asking is that i be sent the text messages data that involve the number listed so i can get my civil case going with all do respect that's all im asking my email is *********@gmail.com i would greatly appreciate a conformation that i will receive the statements please thank you and GODBLESS

  • I feel yall pain.  I been with tmob 10 years,,  and this past year is the most craziest year I’ve had with T-Mobile,,, anytime, I ask for a supervisor to call me back they say they will, but they never do,,, every time you call and talk to somebody, they tell you something different every single time 

  • Yes, I wish I had done more homework before switching over to T-Mobile. I spent over 13 hours in the store getting my phones setup. I traded in my iPhone 12 and my iPhone 13 on two new iPhone 14 plus phones and was told I would only be paying About $5.00 each. I am paying 13.75 and 39.70 for them. My other two lines I got were also messed up. I have spent over 9hrs on the “Help line” (joke) and I am still paying more than promised at the store. I wanted to return everything but was told I cannot get my old phones back. I was told that T-Mobile would fix my promotions and they have not. I can tell you that I have told and will tell as many people as I can about the poor customer service that T-Mobile has. This is the worst company that I have dealt with in years. I cannot wait for my phone contract to be fulfilled so I can go to a different company. Not to mention that the T-Mobile app is also glitching. I am going to be making a complaint with the better business bureau. Not that will do any good. I really hope the someone starts a class action lawsuit against T-Mobile. I should be reimbursed for my time. 

  • this is primarily a peer to peer site with a handful of moderators/admins that keep the site in order only..they do not have account access..others might be able to point out how you can attempt this but no one is going to up and send them to you..

     

    also dont post your personal info..fully public site so now everyone and their mom now have your email..
