Just had the same issue. Paying stupid insurance for years. Should be $0 to fix screen but they wouldn't. Had to pay $50 more for deductible. And NOW being blackmailed into sending MY phone, that I PAID FOR, to them!? Or else pay more, TO KEEP MY OWN PHONE THAT I PAID FOR! this is not ok. Greed, plain and simple. T-Mobile and Assurant are bad companies. DON'T NOT PAY FOR THE INSURANCE. save the money for yourself, not them!
