MLB TV
I find it frustrating that there was a small window to redeem this offer. Being a customer and having a good plan that I pay for, I feel the perks that we are offered should be available. I've had MLB TV the last few years and I speak to customer service and the only answer I get is "sorry, we understand, too late>" Has anyone found a better answer. Any clue if it will be offered again soon?77Views1like0CommentsSpring is in the air and so is the dust.
1 MIN READ Spring cleaning doesn’t have to feel like a chore—especially when your phone becomes your ultimate cleaning companion. One of the simplest yet most effective ways to stay motivated is by turning up the tunes. Create a high-energy playlist or stream your favorite upbeat music to keep your spirits high and your feet moving as you tackle dust bunnies and clutter. Music transforms the atmosphere and helps time fly, making scrubbing the bathtub or reorganizing the closet feel more like a dance party than a duty. Beyond setting the vibe, your phone is also your personal organizer during spring cleaning season. Use list-making apps like Google Keep, Todoist, or Apple Reminders to break down tasks room by room, so nothing gets forgotten. And for that extra edge? Use your phone’s camera to snap “before and after” photos. Not only does it help you see your progress (which is incredibly motivating), but it also serves as a visual checklist of what still needs attention. With your phone in hand, spring cleaning becomes smarter, more efficient, and maybe even a little fun. Share your favorite ways to use your phone to stay motivated in the comments.248Views2likes0CommentsAre promotions worth it?????
Free Amazon Fire TV if you purchase internet I switched my internet services from Xfinity to T-Mobile to streamline everything into one plan. During my research, I discovered that T-Mobile was offering promotions for switching and enrolling in auto-pay, which I found appealing. I opted for the Free Amazon Fire TV 2 series promotion, understanding that to qualify, I had to remain a customer for at least 60 days and submit my documents within 30 days. I met all these requirements. On March 17, 2025, I received an email from T-Mobile stating it was time to redeem my offer. I meticulously followed every step detailed in the email. Two critical instructions were to click on the pink "Redeem Now" button to access the proper Amazon site and to complete my order without leaving the checkout page, or else my promo code would expire. I entered the promotion code as instructed, but received an error message stating it was not valid. I did not navigate away from the page at any point. At 10:30 AM, I called T-Mobile for assistance. They instructed me to try entering the code without dashes, which did not work. T-Mobile's response was frustratingly inadequate; they told me to call Amazon, claiming they were responsible for the promotional codes. I was then given Amazon's phone number, which began a frustrating cycle. Connecting with a human representative at Amazon was nearly impossible, akin to searching for the fountain of youth. When I finally reached someone, they directed me back to T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile again, but was sent back to Amazon. During this process, three representatives hung up on me while attempting to assist, leaving me without clear answers. I decided to try Amazon's chat support, but after speaking to three different agents, each one transferred me to another without notice, forcing me to repeat my issue continually. I called T-Mobile again, and an agent transferred me to tech support without warning. Fortunately, Jennifer in tech support was the only one who truly attempted to help and went above and beyond to find a resolution. Unfortunately, she informed me that her managers insisted I contact Amazon once more. She assured me she would call back on March 18, 2025, to continue working on a solution. This entire ordeal lasted from 10:30 AM until 1:30 PM, entirely due to the lack of training and knowledge among representatives from both T-Mobile and Amazon regarding their promotions and procedures. Additionally, the language barrier with Amazon's chat and phone representatives made this situation even more challenging. While I respect their work, it was frustrating to resolve such a straightforward issue. At this stage, I expect a resolution with Jennifer's help, as Amazon has shown little willingness to assist, merely stating they would escalate the matter without ensuring follow-up. If I do not get a satisfactory resolution, I will switch services and avoid Amazon in the future. This is not about impacting their business; it’s about demanding the level of care and gratitude a customer deserves. This is all after dealing with at least 12 CS reps with 3 hanging up when I was put on hold. Unacceptable129Views0likes0CommentsAbusive Thieves
Good day, I can not believe the turmoil T mobile has caused in my life. This is unfair, because they care a”Business “ they are allowed to straight out Lie to you!! I ordered WiFi , Never Received the box, never used Any data, but T mobile continuously charged my account $70 each month until I went crazy and finally they closed the account. I have yet to receive my money back each time I call them. They tell me a different story. They lie to me. They treat me with disrespect I could go on and on and on I am on autistic spectrum this has caused a lot of turmoil and mental anguish. I have depressed. I don’t wanna talk to people. I don’t wanna be around people. It took years for me to talk to people, but in a show I ordered something I never received it. I continuously asked for help. They continue to lie. They continue to steal from a person that is on disability. I’m on disability now and they’re stealing my money their thieves just unbelievable. I just can’t believe that America has to come to this T-Mobile needs money so bad that they got to steal from a disabled autistic child anyway, I’m hoping that someone somewhere will contact me. Maybe you know a manager because every time I call you tell me you’re a manager and you’re not a manager you tell me you’re doing something you’re not doing something you’re telling me to delete my information. I delete my information now I have no information to even fight with. It’s really sad because if this is being done to me, God knows how many other people this is being done too, and they don’t do anything about it. They don’t say anything. No wonder T-Mobile has so much money. I will say this, though I will continue to take it to my grave everybody I see come in contact with all the letters I can write to everybody everywhere it’s going to hear about what T-Mobile has done and what T-Mobile does. I guess I’ll have to come at this. I don’t even know how to work this for him here or any of this, but I will guess I’ll come back tomorrow and post again and post again and again and again better business bro I will post and I will call. I’m gonna call channel 7 news. I’m gonna have it reported on the freaking news because I’m tired I’m tired. I’m tired of being pushed around and then they wanna they’re gonna go charge people late fees and drag them over the coals and they even lied to my bank and told my bank that I received the services. They lied to my bank my bank that I was crazy just the thing did they get to do because they’re bigger than we are but that’s OK cause if we all come together, we’ll be better than them right OK I guess I’ll be back tomorrow to complain some more and I’ll call T-Mobile and complain to the data143Views1like0CommentsShell Error
For a few weeks now I haven't been able to use the gold status discount for shell with the T-Mobile weekly offer (it is copying correctly and isn't an old code being used). Keep getting the error message that the promotional code I provided has already been used. Both apps are updated so I'm not sure what else to try.165Views0likes0CommentsThank you, Alicia!
I like to acknowledge Alicia Russell, a wonderful mobile expert in the Grant Road Mountain View California store. Alicia is knowledgeable, patient, and genuine. She gave us a thorough comparison of our phone plan comparison, to help us make an informed decision. Thank you Alicia!158Views3likes0Comments$5 movie
This is misleading as $5 was taken off my AMC rewards account when the movie should be free but my credit card will be charged $5. Let me explain: Ticket price is $17.59 and I wanted to take advantage of the $5 Tuesday promotion. So you would expect 12.59 to be discounted to bring it to $5. With my AMC reward of $5 it should be free. I look at the receipt and the $5 is taken off the $17.59 ticket price and with the ticket price at 12.59 ONLY 7.59 is taken off and I am charged the $5. I should cancel, right?367Views0likes0CommentsCan’t login/ no access to old number on file
I had T-mobile wireless service and after I opened a T-mobile MONEY account. After a year I was unable to keep up with my cell bill and after a few months the account was closed and my phone number was recycled to someone else. Half a year later I’m trying to login into my T-mobile MONEY account because I realized the account is still open (I thought it closed with me cell service). I’m able to login passed the username and password but im always prompted to enter a code sent to my old T-mobile cell number. With no access to that number whatsoever, I’m wondering what I can do from here. There’s no alternative options presented and seems to be very little posted regarding topics like this. Can anyone point me in any direction that could possibly help me gain access to the account. Thanks for reading!165Views0likes0CommentsT-Mobile Money Exclusive Club Or Something
I've been trying to join T-mobile Money and cannot. Only the people that have already joined get to have a T-mobile Money account. I called them multiple times and all I keep getting told by the representatives is that there are no new sign ups and that there is no word on when T-mobile will start allowing new sign ups again. That's crap. T-mobile should give me that extra $5 off my monthly bill anyways since they will not allow me to sign up for that debit card to get that promotion for paying with a T-mobile Money debit card.165Views0likes0Comments
