Re: MLS Season Pass won't redeem
So I finally contacted T-Mobile on chat after trying repeatedly to get this to work. I was told the redemption period had passed, then I was told the account holder had to redeem on their phone, which makes no sense since it's a URL with a code in it. I ended the chat abruptly. Customer service called right away and gave me a runaround again about redeeming late, and using the right device. I told them I had been trying for weeks to redeem. They offered to pay for half the cost of MLS Season Pass if I bought it myself. I said that's not free MLS Season Pass. I got told how much they wanted me to be happy and they would escalate it so I could get it for free. And then I never heard back. So good job T-Mobile, you managed to make me more unhappy with your customer service. PS Chatted with Customer support again today to see if I could get help, and got asked again if I had redeemed on time. .162Views0likes0Comments
