T-Mobile® Grows Portfolio of Managed Mobility Offerings;

Adds SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management

Company Continues to Deliver on Commitment to Provide Choice to Business Customers

BELLEVUE, Wash. - June 6, 2013 - T-Mobile US, Inc. (NYSE: TMUS) today announced the addition of a cloud-based SOTI MobiControl mobile device management (MDM) solution to its managed mobility portfolio. An efficient and cost-effective alternative to a traditional on-premise solution, T-Mobile's new 24x7 fully-managed offering can deliver the near real-time intelligence, control and management over mobile content, activity and applications that today's business customers require.

According to an independent, third-party wireless information provider, the costs, complexity, and resources required to manage and maintain an on-premise MDM solution have prevented more than 70 percent of businesses from deploying an on-premise solution behind the organization's own firewall. Instead, says Galvin Consulting, customers are increasingly evaluating hosted, cloud-based alternatives1 like the new SOTI MobiControl MDM offering from T-Mobile.

"Data security continues to be a key concern for our business customers. For many customers, finding and implementing an MDM solution that meets company needs is a real pain point," said Drew Kelton, Executive Vice President, B2B, T-Mobile US. "With T-Mobile's new hosted SOTI MobiControl solution, we provide another alternative - one that can offer the intelligence, control and management our business customers desire without burdening their internal resources or stretching their budgets."

"As a managed, cloud-based solution from T-Mobile, SOTI MobiControl can not only help business customers solve the challenges involved in securing and supporting mobile devices, but it can offer the 'best fit' MDM solution for organizations struggling with the requirements to manage and maintain an on-premise alternative," said Carl Rodrigues, President and CEO of SOTI.

Other features of the SOTI MobiControl solution include: web filtering, antivirus and malware protection, device lockdown/kiosk functionality, geofencing capabilities, telecom expense management, and secure content library capabilities for devices running on Android(TM), iOS(TM), Windows® 8, Windows RT, and Windows Phone 8 platforms.
