Our thoughts are with our customers and residents of Tennessee who were impacted by Monday night’s devastating tornado. T-Mobile is on the ground offering a range of support and relief in several locations.

The T-Mobile network held up well but some customers in the Hermitage and Mt Juliet areas might experience spotty coverage in limited locations due to a loss of power and transport in some cases. We are working quickly to restore service when it is safe to do so in those areas.

T-Mobile community relief teams will be available at two local stores providing a range of relief supplies including water and other essentials, charging equipment and WiFi:

  • 4015 Lebanon Pike Ste E, Hermitage, TN 37076
  • 650 S Jefferson Ave Ste 106, Cookeville, TN 38501

We would also like to remind customers that our Magenta, T-Mobile One, or Simple Choice plans always have unlimited talk, text, and data. Metro by T-Mobile customers also have unlimited talk and text on all plans.

T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers with questions or who need further assistance with their account or service can call 611 from their T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile handset.

Footnote: During congestion, the small fraction of T-Mobile customers using >50GB/mo. may notice reduced speeds until next bill cycle due to data prioritization. Metro customers using >35 GB/mo. may notice reduced speeds and Metro customers may notice reduced speeds vs. T-Mobile due to prioritization.
